Mesquite is the only wood I work with now because of its stability and strength.It has a richly figured grain pattern that varies throughout the tree.The tight fibers allow the wood to be polished to a beautiful sheen.It seems only natural to be working with such a versatile and storied tree in the heart of the brush country of South Texas.

MESQUITE BOWL # 510
Nice burl grain with bark inclusion. A good place to inlay Sleeping Beauty turquoise and blood coral.
